i am an amature but have had norton for yearsNOW I have problems everywhere and there is no easy help for an amateur

Have had a Norton account for years and everything has just worked smoothly BUT NOW when I just ned some help to get the XOCEA thing going  again you have to be a computer genius.  If I was a computer genius i would not need Norton inthe first place. Have spent hours with nothing inreturn.  Is there no EASY way to just het norton working properly again????

If you can give more information about the device you are using and what operating system you have, it will be easier to help you here.

What issues are you having? 

Are there any error messages? If so, what is the exact wording.
