Network scan does not work.

Right-click > scan with Norton on a network folder doesn’t work (nothing happens) - is this a known bug? I can scan local Mac files and run quick scan without issue. MacOS Ventura 13.2 Apple M1 Pro Norton 360 8.8.3

Getting nowhere with tech support - L2 team just leaves voicemails at inopportune times and no direct number or way to transfer to L2 team.  This is completely unacceptable and from a tech company like Norton how can they not have the "ability" to transfer to L2 team?  Do moderators ignore these threads or pick and choose which posts to respond to?
