This sounds like it may be a temporary server issue.
One thing you can try is clearing the app data for 360. Try going into Android Settings - Apps. Scroll to the 360 app and clear the app cache and app Data. Restart the device. This will reset your 360 to a trial version. To get the full version back, open the 360 app, then tap Sign In to log into your Norton Account. Enter your Norton Account information and you should have the full version again.
Then test to see if things work properly.

Had you installed Norton Family before you tried to install 360? Maybe you need to uninstall the Norton Family, and 360. Then restart the device and install 360 first, then Norton Family.

Check to see if there are any battery optimisations turned on for 360 in Android Settings.
Also check Accessibility Settings in Android Settings and check that the Norton 360 Service is turned on.

I've got exactly the same problem, only that I have an Android A51. It's showing the message "Server error while fetching product details. Please tap on try again."
I've tried all your suggestions but it still isn't working. Now it's the third day and every time I'm trying to open the app it's the same thing...

Everything is on the latest version but the same message still pops up. Any other ideas?

Be sure you are installing 360 directly from the Google Play Store app on your device.

Well, everything I installed is from the Google Play Store, including Norton 360.

There is another thread that is reporting similar issues with 360 and Android 13. https://community.norton.com/en/comment/8540448#comment-8540448
I'll escalate these threads to try to get a resolution.

Thanks a lot. What worked for me was uninstalling Norton, then removing my school email account from the settings, and after reinstalling Norton everything worked fine. I then just readded my school account and it still seems to work.

Thank you both for your replies. Glad you got things sorted.
It does sound odd because it should not matter what email address you use. As long as you have access to that email on the device you are installing to. And be sure you only use each email invitation once. ie Even it you use the same email address to install on different devices, you can only use each email on one device because it will include a serial number in the install that can only be used on one device.
