Not Protected issue when installing Norton family with 360

Hi
I'm  trying to install Norton family on my kids IOS devices, I start with installing "Norton 360" and I see in the dashboard it is protedced, then I proceed to "Norton Family" at this point another device is added to my dashboard and it is marked as "Not protected"
I tried to solve this issue with Norton support with no success.
