cancelled subscription and refund

Yesterday i paid for a subscription of norton 360 deluxe. the payment was approved and norton was paid the cost. a few minutes later i got a email message that order ... has been cancelled. i don't know why it was cancelled after payment was made. no refund and it is impossible to in contact with anyone. if this is done by norton to 100 people a day they must be making millions without paying back anyone. please help to solve this problem

Have you checked with your bank/credit card company to see if the payment did go through? If it did, you do need to contact Norton Support to get things straightened out.     www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
