Upgrade paid for didn't get it

I clicked the link in Norton 360 to upgrade to add 2 more devices. Once with paypal, didn't get it. Now twice with my credit card. Card charges went through yet I've not gotten any upgrade. What's up with you Norton. Are you scamming the user.

You will need to contact Norton Support to get this sorted. There is no one in the forums that has access to Account or payment information. 

 www.norton.com/contactcs   If using the chat function, as soon as you can enter any information, enter "agent please". That will get you out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
