Surface 3 with Win 11 Home. Repeatedly unable to turn on Memory Integrity due to oem46.inf. A Google search says this is usually associated with "corrupt or missing Norton 360 drivers." Norton 360 showed up to date, but I uninstalled and reinstalled anyway. Same problem. I need a fix. Thx
