Hello. Was this a digital download? You should have received a download code via e-mail, with your product information. Refer to that e-mail for your product activation key being present. You can also "live chat" with JB support directly on their website for assistance. Otherwise there isn't anything anyone here on the forums can do to assist with product key recovery,
