Restore old 2018 backup on external drive NOT CLOUD

I have an external drive with a folder "N360_BACKUP" containing a folder "{AD72AABA-86C1-4873-9017-EDACDB14A0B4}" with a file "backup.@db" and a list of folders like "{0", "{1", "{2", etc. When selecting Restore Files from Norton 360 and choosing "View All", the only backups shown are Cloud-based and there is no way to specify a drive letter for a source. (I've read other threads, all closed, which mention specifying a drive letter, but how?)

How can I restore this backup?

Win 10, Norton 360 (Active status and up-to-date)
