With blocked hours My son can reproduce youtube video

My son as an Samsung A3 with Android.

I have configured the block time, but even with that, he found the way to reproduce youtube video in youtube app even with the time blocked. 

I have received the message that the equipment has reached the time limit but even with taht, i don't know how, he can see youtube video.

Even on this situation, i try to block all but it seems that the change didn't affect. 

So Norton Family seems that is not valid.

Please can someone help me?

Thanks for sharing all the relevant details.

We tried reproducing the issue and found that it is not straightforward or easy for a child to tamper. The moment the child starts interacting with the device, block screen will again be shown immediately.

Please note that the tamper is not permanent and our service keeps monitoring for any further user interaction and blocks immediately. However, we will analyze further and provide a fix soon.
