AntiTrack - error message when accessing sites

Norton 360 AntiTrack, Windows 11

When I click on a link from either an email or even a link in Norton (i.e. Access Vault), I get the following error message:

It is placing "--fast-start%20--single-argument%20https" in front of the url making it appear to be wrong.

After uninstalling the AntiTrack, I was able to access the websites without error.  Since I am paying for AntiTrack I would like to figure out why this is happening when installed.
