Restore entire folder

During a Norton file back up last Thursday, all my Outlook pst files were removed from my computer.  I see the folder(s) on the Norton backup - how do I select an entire folder for a restore?

Using a Windows Admin Account, open Windows Explorer and click on This PC in the left pane. Then double click on Norton Backup Drive in the right pane. Then double click on the backup set where your files are stored. Be patient as the files need to be populated from the cloud storage.   Then you should be able to navigate to the folder you wish to restore. Right click on it and choose Restore.
