Norton Password Manager sign-in overlays unlock vault

This happen recently for no apparent reason - no changes on the desktop computer. Works ok on laptpop.
I have to scroll down one click on mose in order to see the command button; Unlock Vault.
Not a major thing but it's annoying this is happening.
