amazon gift card

anybody else having a problem redeeming the 25 dollar amazon gift card for renewing their subscription, when I go to the redemption page via the link in my e-mail and put in my correct e-mail it keeps saying error occurred when I click ok, same thing happens when I click the ok to notify Norton

Thx for replying, nope that's not the redemption page, they sent me an e-mail saying my gift card was ready and to go her,e https://redemption.ifeelgoods.com/#/C2VZW-4UTPS/authentication, and to just put my e-mail in and click ok, which never doesn't work, lol no big deal its just 25 bucks, but its the principal of the matter, thx for the contact links hope I can get through

Same here.  Support ticket doesn't work either.

It is not working for me either.  Says "An error has occurred" every time.  I tried contacting ifeelgoods.com but they did not respond.

Same here. Multiple browsers and multiple operating systems. I tried to submit a ticket from the error page, but that gives another error page (Your ticket couldn't be sent, please retry submitting it.). Resubmitting it is just a loop back to this page.

I then tried the Contact Support link at the bottom of the page and got a 404 error page.


$25 is not a lot of money individually, but the third-party vendor stands to make a lot of money if they block all of us! (Okay, a joke.) However, I have seen similar threads for this issue as far back as 2018. Norton really needs to get their third-party vendors in order.

One thing to try is to ensure you have disabled any VPN and ad blocker extensions while you try this redemption.

Having experienced this problem for some time, and reported the problem to Norton, I was delighted when an email finally arrived with a new link that actually worked. This was then followed up by a phone call from Norton to see if it worked for me and how else they could help me. We need to remember that Global companies are dealing with a large number of customers and it takes time to solve every issue for every individual. So for me the answer is "patience and perseverance with politeness".  It worked for me.
