I notice that when a scheduled scan runs, there are few details available in the activity area in settings. There is only the date and time and "multiple items scanned", "no problems found". Not number of files. The "magnifying glass" that shows the drive scanned and other details is disabled. Those features used to be available. What am I missing? Please advise. The online support for phone or chat is not working right now. It keeps looping back to the support form. Very frustrating.
