Can't log into Norton.com with Dragon Ext Enabled?

I can't log into the Norton website while I have the Ext for Dragon NaturallySpeaking turned on?  Support just told me to turn it off when I want to go to their website which is not an acceptable solution in my opinion.  I'm disabled and depend on Dragon to type, navigate etc.

When I login with it turned on it just a normal logon but immediately logs me out due to inactivity?

Does anyone else run into this problem or does anyone have any ideas?
