My VPN doesn't work. The soft is corrupted. What to do?

I had Norton VPN, but it suddenly was corrupted, and don't work more.  I don't know what to do.  Have I to uninstall all the product Norton?  I so, how to install it again?

Are you getting error messages? 

Are you using the VPN in Norton 360, or the standalone Norton Secure VPN? If the standalone app, you should uninstall that and use the Norton 360 VPN feature.

In the 360 app, if it will just not connect, you can try changing your virtual location. From the new My Norton interface, click on the down arrow to the right of Turn On beside the VPN feature. Then click on VPN Region and choose another region and see if you get connected.
