I need to cancel within 60 day window and am being prevented

I ordered this approximately 20 days ago, it is still not properly loaded despite two support techs saying they would help. I want a refund. All the "links" show errors.  I want a refund.

To request a refund see this Norton Support page.    https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/home/current/autorenew?inid=communit...    Be sure you do not have any VPN or ad blocker extensions enabled.

Maybe we can help here with your installation issues.

Does Norton install and you just have issues when you try to use it? Are you seeing any error messages when you try to run 360?

Did you remove any non Norton security product that was on your system before installing Norton, using the uninstall utility for that software?

What Windows version are you using? Any chance you have Windows in S mode? If so, you cannot install the regular Norton 360 product.
