What Norton product are you using? Norton 360 does not make changes to your Windows configuration.

Norton Utilities Ultimate, NUU, might make some changes, but I have not seen any settings in NUU that would affect user accounts.

Frankly, I'm not sure.  I was hoping I could get tech support to assist, but...I just clicked on something that 'sounded' familiar to me. I have Norton 360 Deluxe Plus 1.  All I know is I had two accounts on my computer and all was well; after the restart, EVERTHING changed and it looks like it did when I first purchased it - with only my old hotmail Microsoft information accessible.  It's rattling.

I sounds like a system reset might have been prompted for some reason. This is nothing to do with your Norton 360 product.

Maybe @SoulAsylum  will have some insight into what you may have seen.

@peterweb Thanks for the tag, hoping we can assist and find out what has taken place with this. Please allow us to ask for some basic information to assist better, if you will, please be very specific with answers as they will be important in helping. Thanks in advance:
