How did you set up the 2FA?  Did you set it up to send a text, or are you using an Authenticator app on your mobile device? If a text, you just get an SMS message on your phone. If an app, you need to open that app on your mobile device and retrieve the code from there. 

Comment avez-vous mis en place le 2FA ? L'avez-vous configuré pour envoyer un SMS ou utilisez-vous une application Authenticator sur votre appareil mobile ? S'il s'agit d'un SMS, vous recevez simplement un message SMS sur votre téléphone. S'il s'agit d'une application, vous devez ouvrir cette application sur votre appareil mobile et récupérer le code à partir de là.
