Can't access "Privacy options"

I've seen a similar post on the forum from april this year. I tried to access my privacy options from my.norton and it's just an infinite loading screen but it does not show the options. Other tabs work, like "My account" or "Billing information". Need a solution for this.

I was just able to access the Privacy tab in my Norton Account. I can escalate this thread to have Norton look into why you may not see the Privacy tab.

FYI The Privacy tab would only be used to completely delete all your Norton Account data which includes any subscription information.
