License Problem

I would like to thank Norton for wasting a day of my life.  Up to yesterday, my laptop worked with Norton for the past few years.  Yesterday Norton started providing me with a selection of different errors about my license and if it was active etc.  I tried support who were useless.  Eventually, I googled the last error and surprise! Norton told me to delete and reinstall Norton.  This I did and eventually the new installation was activated.  Thanks Norton.
