Trying to connect my computer to my router

I cannot connect my computer to my new router.  I keep getting error messages to the effect that there is a problem with the network or antivirus.  Is there any way to override Norton to be able to connect my router?

I currently have Norton Utilities Ultimate, Norton 360 with LifeLock Advantage for Family, and Norton Password Manager

Using Window 11

Re: Trying to connect my computer to my router

Are you connected to a VPN when tring to access your router?  If so, disable the VPN and try again.

Re: Trying to connect my computer to my router

Hello Stan. Disable your Norton firewall in settings and retry.

If there isn't any success. Leave the firewall disabled and try using this URL: http://192.168.1.1

If you can tell us what the name and model of your router we can nail down the proper login for you as well.
