Norton won't sync with Onedrive and I keep getting an error (red X) on the onedrive icon

If these settings are active then try uninstalling and reinstalling again.

To get to the Firewall Settings, open the classic 360 interface by clicking on Open beside Device Security in the My Norton interface. Then click on Settings > Firewall. Then click on the Program Control tab.
If you cannot click on Firewall, be sure you are logged into Windows with an Admin user account.

Open Norton 360, then hit Ctrl+F, then type Settings,
Click on Firewall, then Program Control, then type OneDrive and click on Go.
