Why is it I can not contact and speak to anyone at Norton? I have sent e mails but have yet to receive a reply. I shall not be renewing my Norton anti virus when it runs out. And I thought McAfee was bad. Terrible non existing customer service. Bad service all round. Shame on you Norton.

Oh sorry I did make a call, twice and got cut off the first time and was told the second time there was nothing they could do. Is Norton the only company in the world that doesn't use an e mail?

i can think of several companys that dont use or make public emails for contacting them i.e. support etc..
as for the issue if you explain it here perhaps someone will be able to assist in the matter

The selected file NORTON AV.odt cannot be uploaded. Only files with the following extensions are allowed: txt, pdf, zip.
Why am I not surprised. That's one of the reasons I won't be renewing.

The selected file NORTON AV.odt cannot be uploaded. Only files with the following extensions are allowed: txt, pdf, zip.
Which none of my files are. I have them on a Libre Office document after doing a Print Screen. Back to square one

You cannot upload office type files. You can upload your printscreens by pasting them into MS Paint or similar app. Then you can save them as jpeg for uploading. Also check your Libre Office to see what Save As options you have. You may be able to convert it from there.

This email is just letting you know that your forum status has gone up a notch. If you look under your user name in any post it now shows status as Visitor with a number 2 beside it. As you make additional posts in the forums your status goes up through a number of different levels. This has nothing to do with your Norton product subscriptions or issues.

Have tried for two days to contact Norton Support by chat and phone on 10/20/23 and 10/21/23. Have not been successful. I have had not problems in the past using chat. I want to cancel my trial period using Driver Update to get my refund on this. Any help?
