Refunds

Can I please for the love of god get a refund on my purchase, I've been trying to get one for the past hour but it keeps taking me on a loop. I even tried their live chat services but it does not work.
I got charged on my credit card for an annual renewal. please refund it.

When you're in a Chat session.  
Just click any presets until you see "Something else" &or you can type your message. 
for example:  "Live Agent".  

I used to post....

  • In Chat dialog click "Manage my account" => click "Something else" => type "Live Agent" => until you see "I am transferring you to a specialist for further assistance". 

.... but, the last time I was in a Chat Session.  I was able to type "Live Agent" in the first dialog...then after a few Kate messages.   I was able to see "I am transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".

I have just used the online chat. I had all my information ready to ID me, my payment info and my invoice number from norton. The rep could not have been any more helpful, yes it took over an hour but I got a refund back instantly. And yes I too had an auto renew. Can I suggest that you use patience and have everything ready and brace yourself for a wait. There is a 60 day refund policy so if the renewal happened within 60 days you will get it back - I had a debit from my PayPal. It was worth it.
