I was charged twice for Norton™ Privacy Monitor Assistant Norton™ renewal. Orders are:

Please refund one. Your support options are horrible. Chat doesn't work, even after I tried to disable cookies. Endless loops of misleading information. Your renewals are much higher than the bait and switch cost of the product. You're constantly tacking on some form of LifeLock to add an unwanted full renewal next year. I'm cancelling all auto-renewals and will not be purchasing Norton again. But it's my fault, not yours. I'm just finally getting off this train. I go though this hours-long search for help every year, for almost 20 years, to complain; and then you ultimately charge me a reasonable price. I'm done.
I assume you can look up the orders via my Community ID? Or will that be another runaround?
