I keep getting pop-up notices that my Backup has failed and that my Data is at risk. When I check details, the only error message I can see reads "internal error". I've tried going into Cloud Backups in the main menu, but the only option is to "Run Backup", which fails every time. I can't find any option to "Manage Backups". Can anyone suggest how I can identify the actual problem and how I can run a successful backup?
