End of Availability for NAV (PC/Mac), NIS (PC/Mac), N360 (Standard/Premier) & N360 Multi-Device(PC/Mac/Mobile)
Symantec has announced that we will begin rolling out a global transformation of our Norton consumer portfolio, which provides powerful protection for PC, Mac, and/or mobile devices. As part of this transformation, we will begin a phased end of availability for several existing security products in favor of a simplified solution that incorporates the combined functionality of these products, while at the same time reducing the complexity of our offerings and making it easy for consumers to choose Norton.
How does it affect the existing customers?
As an existing Norton customer you do not need to worry. Your product will continue to deliver protection through the end of the subscription term. You will continue to receive protection updates (such as LiveUpdate virus definitions) and you will be able to continue to renew your product for the foreseeable future.
Support will continue to be available for all customers with active subscriptions to Norton products as described in the Norton Support Policy.
Norton Security or Norton Security with Backup can be purchased to replace your existing product at the end of the subscription to take advantage of the simplified "right for me" security solutions. These products are currently in Beta, and will be available shortly.

Norton AntiVirus for PC and Mac
Norton Internet Security for PC and Mac
Norton 360 Multi-Device for PC, Mac and Mobile
Norton 360 and Norton 360 Premier Edition for PC
