IMPACT: NSV users will see a brief interruption of service. During this period, NSV users can’t access our backend for onboarding & connectivity.
Below are the service interruptions customers might experience:
- New user: Won't be able to sign-in to the app.
- Existing (signed-in) user: Won't be able to connect to the VPN.
- User who have already connected to the VPN: No disconnection, however, won't be able to switch regions.
