Norton Toolbar Limited Compatibility patch for Firefox 44 is available
We have released a patch for Norton Identity Safe which contains a fix for a browser protection issue and a Firefox 44 compatible extension. This update is for all Norton products v220.127.116.11 – Norton 360, Norton Internet Security, Norton Security, Norton Security with Backup Norton Antivirus, Norton Security Suite. This patch is available via LiveUpdate to customers with a current subscription.

As with the previous Firefox release, the Norton Toolbar in Firefox 44 has Web Protection feature support, but the Vault feature is not yet available. Detailed information about this limited compatibility is available here.

Note: This patch does not require reboot on Windows 10, Win 8 & Win 7 machines
Known Issue: "Some customers may not be able to enable the Norton Toolbar Add-on. If you experience this problem, the disabled Add-on will show an older version (2015.5.6.78). If you are affected this way, please consult this Support article. To fix this issue in the long-term, we are considering workaround options for several underlying Mozilla issues. If you are not seeing the Norton Toolbar in Firefox 44, check and make sure you're running v18.104.22.168 of Norton 360, Norton Internet Security, Norton Security, Norton Security with Backup Norton Antivirus, Norton Security Suite.
