Norton Mobile Security 4.4.1.4335  is now available for Android customers

We are happy to announce the release of Norton Privacy Manager 1.0.1 for iOS!

With Norton solutions, we strive to bring an industry-leading, valuable and relevant security to help protect your devices and personal information. Occasionally, we reassess our portfolio of security solutions and features to ensure they meet these criteria. 

As a result of this portfolio assessment, we have decided to discontinue Norton Mobile Security 3.x. Starting March 31, 2019, Norton Mobile Security 3.x will be retired and no longer be available.

We are happy to announce a new feature, Mobile Unlock, that lets you unlock your Norton Password Manager vault using a desktop browser by approving a notification on your mobile device instead of manually entering your vault password.

 Norton Family 3.7.2 has now been released for Windows customers

We have released Norton Identity Safe 5.4.4.11 extension update for Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari browsers with bug fixes and improvements.

[Updated on 9th January] Norton Security 22.15.2.37 is now available via LiveUpdate. 

This is being released in a phased manner.

Please note that this update applies only for maintenance mode operating systems: Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7 SP 0. 

This is a security patch to extend reported fixes and new definitions to maintenance mode operating systems. This build contains other minor bug fixes and performance enhancements.

In the coming weeks, Google Chrome will be making changes to its browser technology. As a result, the Norton toolbar will not be supported and soon you will need to access your online vault and password manager through the Norton Identity Safe extension.

Note: This update is being released in phased manner. 

As of November 21st of 2018, Our Norton Community Forums (https://community.norton.com) website will no longer support the older version browsers TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 encryption protocol.

This document provides more information about removing the Trojan.Zacinlo threat from your computer. To remove this threat, run LiveUpdate and apply the patch. Then run a full system scan.

Step 1: Run LiveUpdate

1. Start Norton.

2. In the main window, click Security, and then click LiveUpdate.

3. Click Apply Now, to apply the downloaded patch.
   

On November 15th, 2018, Norton ConnectSafe is being retired and will no longer be available for use. This FAQ helps answer your questions that are related to this announcement.
