The Norton Family team has released updates to Windows client 3.5.1 via Automatic LiveUpdate. When the update is available to your machine via LiveUpdate, you will need to reboot your device to make the program install successfully.  To find if you have the latest version, please click the Norton Family icon in the system tray and select “About Norton Family”.

The update includes minor bug fixes and improvements.

The Norton Family team has released Norton Family iOS 1.0.2.  This update includes minor code enhancements to better monitor your child’s activities. To find if you have the latest version, please open Norton Family iOS app on child’s device, click on the child's avatar or photo on the top right-hand corner -> About Norton Family.

Important to note:

We have completed testing our latest update of Norton AntiVirus 7.0.1 for Mac and have released via In Product Update. This update is now available in all supported languages. Customers running Norton AntiVirus for Mac 12.9 will be prompted with option "Free Upgrade Available" when "Check for Update" is run from Norton Antivirus main window. The update is also pulled down silently in the background, so you may have already been alerted to its availability.

Norton Security 7.0 for Mac

Few visible changes with this release:

The Norton Toolbar now has limited compatibility with Firefox 41 & 42. Web-Protection functionalities are enabled, but the VAULT feature is not available with this update. We will be releasing another compatibility update to restore VAULT features to the Norton Toolbar on Firefox 41 & 42.

Tomorrow’s planned update of Firefox by Mozilla (version 41) will include significant changes that will impact how certain extensions are able to work with Firefox.
