NIS issues - what do i do now?????

I bought a new compueter a while back as my lap-top died. The new PC came with a trial NIS that lasted for three months. However, this was set up with a new account and email, different to the NIS that was installed on my lap top. The NIS that was installed on the lap-top (with account 1) was automatically renewed a week prior to the trial NIS (with account 2) expired on the PC. I thought I'd just be able to install the account 1 NIS on the PC as the trial was about to expire. However, first download and I was told it was a different account and it wouldn't install. So I waited for the trial to end, and attempted install again, only to be told the product key didn't match. Somewhere along the line with trying to uninstall all NIS to get the active one going, my account (account 1) now says I have used all available downloads but NIS is not active on any of my devices... and I am going slightly insane!!

Do I just get a refund on the NIS that was automatically installed and start all over again... or is there a way I can get this to work??

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE someone help me!!!!

The best way to correct this issue is to contact symantec through their chat support. Although at the moment I do not have an up-to-date link so please wait for someone to come along and provide you with the link.
