Are these webpages discontinued?
Still seem to be available to me.

That link works but not status/setup.nortondns.com.
I have been using 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168 a long time. Status/setup allways worked.
Switched to 22.214.171.124 and 126.96.36.199 and loading these pages got slower and slower.
Now I can not load them at all. Also tried switching back to the old IP numbers - no remedy.
Tried one ISP via USB-modem and another via cable-modem - same result.
Tried Firefox, Google and IE - same result.
Yesterday Firofox showed this when connecting to status.nortondns.com:
XML Parsing Error: unexpected parser state Location: jar:file:///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Mozilla%20Firefox/omni.ja!/chrome/toolkit/content/global/netError.xhtml Line Number 308, Column 50:<div id="ed_netReset">&netReset.longDesc;</div>
Any idea what is going on here?
I can access both http://status.nortondns.com/ and http://setup.nortondns.com/ but both can be very slow. There is some problem with the new IP's which you may like to read about here - http://community.norton.com/t5/Other-Norton-Products/Norton-DNS-new-IP-s-not-working/td-p/1079013, and also http://community.norton.com/t5/Other-Norton-Products/New-IPs-Available-for-Norton-ConnectSafe/td-p/1066593.
It may also have been a slow day yesterday. It took ages on my normally quickish speeds, to download a 4.5mB program !....
Still having the same problem - this is not a temporary problem!
Any educated guess - why is the connection timing out all the time?
Hi,00360. Not sure why that would be happening.
There was an issue with the new numbers in that the Norton DNS site didn't recognise the new numbers, and stated that I wasn't using DNS !
Others have reported the same problem, and I too, have reverted to the old numbers, with no issues.
