I'm running Windows 10 and whenever I try to run a scan it says, "You blocked Google Chrome from accessing your network resources." and does not allow me to create an exception for Chrome.

Could you tell me which Norton Product you are using? with version number?

I don't know if it's only on Windows 10 because it updated at the same time. When I press the add button it doesn't pull up any screen.
Were you able to resolve this? I am having the same issue...
