If a full system scan with your Norton product does not find and remove this, I would suggest a second opinion scan using the FREE version of Malwarebytes. You can find it here http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/

Be sure you do not accept the offer of the free trial of the Premium version.

I want software that asks if i want to allow connections to ip's (allow or deny/block).Anyone know of software?
