Norton Mobile-Problem

Please help! I have an active subscription on Norton Security Deluxe. Today shows me that the "cancel subscription". Subscription ends with me in November 2016 year. I can not reactivate the smartphone. Norton account also shows me that I have only basic protection for your smartphone. When I try to re-activate the license on your smartphone, it shows me the message: Server Error.

What is shown when you log into your Norton Account at   https://manage.norton.com  Click on the Services tab and find your current subscription.

On your PC, from the main Norton Security screen, click on Help - Subscription Status. This will sync your PC with the Norton subscription servers. 

Once you get your subscription sorted on the PC, you can try again on the phone.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Identity Safe data.

I used live chat and was guided on how to correct the issue. It worked!
