I cannot use Identity Safe yet AGAIN. This time, Norton's login screen says: "You have exceeded the number of allowable attempts to sign in. Please try again in about 1 hour. (-30)" when I tried to sign in after a reboot to try to clear the problem.
This is the fourth time in the last three months that Norton's bug-filled Identity Safe stops working. Today, Identity Safe worked the first time. I inadvertently logged out of a site, so I went back to the login page of that site. Literally, two minutes after working, Internet security would not enter a password (that it had just supplied a few minutes before). Now 20 minutes later, I have restarted and I get this message. Looking at the forum, it's a problem originating 4 years ago! Clearly you don't know why these problems keep coming up - and on multiple OSes. Do you have software build controls?
Previously, I had other problems, one was failing because something like my computer was making "too many requests". I forget the others. All had long old strings in the forums.
I am very close to cancelling my long-term relationship with Norton. I cannot take the aggravation of your poorly executed product, Identity Safe. In fact, Malwarebytes reports more malware issues in a year than Norton has in 10. Time to switch and they don't cost me a stupid amount of annual fees for garbage products.
