Many sites having issues with Identity Safe in Chrome

Today for me Identity Safe for many sites is not entering the username and passwords but it is putting in the grey icon in the entry boxes. I have removed and reinstalled the extensions. What is odd is that if I start Chrome and allow insecure content, ID safe works on some of these sites, (chrome.exe" --user-data-dir="C:\Users\NAME\Chrome" --allow-running-insecure-content).

Some sites where this happens are:

https://www.halifax-online.co.uk/personal/logon/login.jsp

I am having the same issue with username and passwords.  I am also having a problem getting the toolbar to display.  Sometimes it will and sometimes not.  Quite difficult to use when you can't see it.

Re: Many sites having issues with Identity Safe in Chrome

For two of the sites I listed above (LLoyds and Halifax) if I alter the zoom in Chrome it can get the Identity Safe to work. I wonder if this is due to Chrome blocking content below a certain size. I am not a software developer so this may be off track.

The developer console brings up this error "Cross-origin plugin content from  must have a visible size larger than 400 x 300 pixels, or it will be blocked. Invisible content is always blocked."

The following error keeps occuring which may be related "WebSocket connection to 'wss://127.0.0.1:63333/' failed: WebSocket is closed before the connection is established."

All: Have a look at this article. Also check your "theme" settings in Chrome. That could be a part of your issues as well.

Cheers
