Can't log in to my Citicard account - flagged as "known fraudulent web page"

This morning I attempted to log in to my CitiCard account as I do regularly, using a saved bookmark. After entering my user name and password, Norton Security Toolbar on Google Chrome informs me that https://accountonline.citi.com/cards/svc/RedirectToCBOL.do?JFP_TOKEN=ZSO... is a "known fraudulent web page"

Yes, I start at https://www.citi.com/credit-cards/citi.action. Then after entering my user name and password it redirects me to the link I posted. You can't reload that link because it creates a unique token ID each time, but I am always redirected to https://accountonline.citi.com/cards/svc/RedirectToCBOL.do?JFP_TOKEN= followed by the unique token. This has been the normal behavior of this site for years.

Um, do you run ConnectSafe DNS?

We'll try to raise attention to your concern.

I do not use ConnectSafe DNS. I did open a chat with Support and they tell me

"I feel sorry for the inconvenience caused to you, however, this issue is caused due to latest incorrect virus definition of Norton and it will get fixed with in 24-48 hours as our engineers are working on it.:

I have also had similar issues with the site http://www.stlouisgasprices.com for a long time. Can you look into this also or should I open a new issue?

I'm still having the original problem with my Citi card account webpage.  I've run Live Update several times.
