Dark Web - email from Norton

I received an e-mail from Norton this morning, "Is your e-mail address at risk" Check Now.

I get nervous when I received a link suggesting we 'Click here"... 

Is this a legitimate e-mail from Norton?

I followed the link noted above (dated 24-Jul-2018).  The webpage of advice from Norton recommended contacting their Support department.  I had done that already, resulting in a long wait time on the phone and then the technician's wanting to take over my computer to investigate.  This all seemed needless and took too long.  Why not just give us an e-mail address to Norton or Symantec to report possible spoofing?  So I disconnected from Support and forwarded the suspicious e-mail to spoof@symantec.com and also to spoof@norton.com thinking that one of these addresses might be active and usable for reporting phishing attempts.  Both e-mails were rejected as a "Mail Delivery Failure" due to the recipient being "Invalid". 

Until Norton/Symantec gives us an e-mail address for reporting phishing I will not open, respond to, or click on any e-mail I get that looks as though it is from them.

The link in bjm_'s post above takes you to lists of email addresses that are legitimate Norton /Symantec email addresses.

If the senders address cannot be found from that link, you can assume it is not from Norton/Symantec and you do not want to click on anything.
