Notify A Moderator Not Working

I have been unable to send moderation requests via the "Notify a Moderator" link for the past week or so.  When I click Submit the wait icon spins but never sends.  If I Cancel the pop-up windows closes but the wait icon continues to spin until I refresh the page.

Hi Sunil_GA:

Thanks for the update.  Just tested and requests for moderation no longer hang when I hit the Submit button.

I might be wrong, but at one time I recall seeing a message saying something like "Your request has been sent to Moderators" when I clicked the Submit button, which doesn't happen anymore.  It would be nice if a confirmation message was displayed after users submitted their request so we knew the message was actually received by a Moderator.
