Fresh NSD install with scan error and high cpu
Hello, I'm trying to get Norton Security Deluxe running properly on a Win 10 1809 system (just updated). All available MS updates have been applied successfully. This system is a Windows To Go bootable USB disk setup. Installation of NSD completed successfully and was activated properly. Live Update functions properly and I updated until there were no more updates. With default settings an attempted quick scan immediately fails with a 3038,104 error. Also, Task Manager shows the Norton Security process at 50% with the system idling. I've been through a couple of reinstalls. No other security product is installed. Do I need to turn off some features or is the scan error a bigger problem? Thanks
