Hello. My renewal is soon due but I need to know if the latest Norton 360 Premium still allows back up to external hard drive (as I have been doing with my previous versions). I do not want to back up to cloud. Norton chat has said that backing up to hard drive not possible. Thought I would check with community.

FWIW ~ backup test to my external drive appears to work, for me.....as always, your mileage may vary -
Note: I did not test Restore - ARestore.exe
Note: I run Cloud backup.

I too am using the new 360 Premium and I am able to backup to another computer on my Network. This would be the same as backing up to an external drive.
