Utilities Premium

How do I open and run Norton’s Utilities Premium? It ran when I initially downloaded it but I have been able to open and run since.

I'm running Norton 360 on Win 10

Have you searched from the Windows Start button?

I have asked this thread be moved to the correct forum board, as this question has nothing to do with the Norton Core router.
