how to uninstall norton utilities premium

I have tried everything to remove norton utilities premium from my syste. I cannot do it, norton tech support are useless has anyone managed to uninstall it.

I get stuck in the delete warning, presevering loop. I just want this POS software off my system

Are you logged into a Windows Admin account when trying to uninstall?

yes, i managed to get rid of it by using iobit uninstaller
