NEW VEHICLE WITH AT&T HOTSPOT
GOOD MORNING. BOUGHT A NEW 21 TOYOTA VENZA. HAS AT&T MOBILE HOTSPOT CONNECTION. CAN NORTON MOBILE BE LOADED ONTO A VEHICLE APPS SECTION TO PROTECT THE HOTSPOT CONNECTION?

Only if you can load apps directly from the Google Play Store. So if your vehicle's media device is not based on Android OS, you cannot install on the hotspot. So probably not an option. The same as you cannot install Norton on your home network's router.
You need to install an AV product on the devices you will use to access that hotspot.
