Download the need update. Restarted no mining option appears. I have done it like 5 times and still no mining option appears.

Ran Live Update and says that it is up to date. Checked the for the Norton EAP and in settings and they both appear. Restarted several times and no mining option.

This message for the Devs - can you please link the previous build. Cause everything was working for me before now this build is not giving me the option to mine.

Ok, it's possible the check for both GPU and driver version is tripping up based on an earlier post with moving to a beta version of the GPU driver.

The mining option just randomly showed up for me but now on my rig running an AMD Radeon 5700XT just keeps saying miner restarting. I'm using the most current AMD drivers.

I was currently on the blockchain driver and the Mining option didn't appear after the update. So then first I uninstalled Norton and then reinstalled Norton and did the EAP thing then Live update then apply then update then restart and still nothing. So after that I uninstalled the blockchain driver and installed the latest most current driver and nothing even after multiple restarts. I also changed the option from Graphics to Compute and still nothing.

Actually that blockchain driver is so the card is recognized and begins mining. I don't think it solves the missing option to start mining. So basically before the update I was able to get to the mining screen but no mining or hash rate was occurring. Then I installed the blockchain driver and it worked. But after the update I don't even get the mining option that appears on top of the application screen.

No mining for me as well after the update. I am using an RTX 3060.

Un-enrolling in EAP which uninstalls and reinstalls and then rejoining worked to get the crypto option back for my machines. However as others have pointed out in another thread payouts are being received but not being calculated. Hope they get that resolved soon or at least give us an update.

22.21.6.45 works terrible for me. After update and few reboots App won't start, UI crashes randomly and if it start running mining option is unavailable. Norton icon disappearing randomly from taskbar.
After reinstall previous version there is no problem. Everything works fine.

I updated to the latest patch and restarted and still no mining option. I also did a fresh reinstall through the Unjoin option and then updated and restarted several times. And still no mining option.

I think I might have a fix but I don't know how to do this certain thing when rejoin EAP. If someone can help me. So how do I fully unjoin EAP cause I noticed that the Sign In screen is skipped when you rejoin the EAP. Maybe that could be the issue since it doesn't revalidate your Account or Subscription thoroughly and skips it. If there is a way to fully disconnect the EAP so that the Sign In screen appears again that might fix the issue of the missing mining option. Hopefully the Devs see this cause I think it might work as a solution.

Oh wow I just saw on another post that AMD GPUs are not gonna be supported. Please try the possible solution since the EAP Sign In screen is being skipped when Unjoining EAP(Uninstalling) and Rejoining EAP(Reinstalling). Maybe that is why the mining option was not appearing on the previous update.

Your Win 10 is with all settings US/EN?
Your Norton is with US/EN?

The mining option did appear through as a message(Introducing Norton Crypto) in your Norton Inbox then I clicked on the Start Mining but nothing happens. Maybe cause AMD gpus are not allowed at the moment. Just letting the Devs know.

I have the same issue... I was running Norton Crypto Miner and all of the sudden its gone as an option. I have 16GB of memory, I have a RTX 3060 NVIDIA Graphics Card, have all the necessary system requirements met, and as I said was running the Norton Crypto Mining just fine and now its gone. I have the most recent Version of 22.21.6.53 installed... I need help....

We are currently in testing phases for the AMD card and Norton Crypto. While you are correct it did work initially, we made some modifications to Norton Crypto which made running on AMD cards unpredictable. We are in the final stages of testing prior to release. Thank you for your patience.
