Norton Family cannot block Roblox

My Norton Family setting and house rules failed to block Roblox players for my kid. The Chrome and Edge browser extension were set, but somehow my kid managed to run the Roblox studio or player with browser authentication. I even set up the hosts file in the PC. It is an embarrassment my kid can outwit me, as software engineer, even with Norton tool on Win 10. Do I need to switch to Mac for good? Please help and I really need a solution before dumping Windows 10. Thanks, -Simon

Hi SimonXuan,

Norton Family, Windows provides Web Supervision on browsers only and not at the Application level. App blocking/supervision is a feature under consideration and is part of our roadmap for a future release. Norton Family is not supported in MacOS currently.

Thanks for the feedback. I would like to be in the loop for this feature enhancement. With Covid-19 and distance learning, computer control is getting more and more critical for parental control of the school aged kids.
